We are based out of Miami, Florida. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Our main shipping carrier is USPS priority. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS office. AKW will not be held responsible.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the USPS directly. AKW does not hold responsibility for any packages that state delivered.
If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped. All sales are final.
